Harley grew up in the coastal town of Coffs Harbour with an uncontainable imagination and too much time on his hands. If he wasn't slaying dragons with his mates in the forest, he was reading. When he couldn't turn pages, he would be conjuring spaceships, knights, and horrors that live inside the cracks of people's homes. Harley recently became a graduate of the Australian Writers Centre.
